To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 對上一次去銖記食應該是八年前。好記得當年嗰啲墟冚情況,同嫦記爭客,啲嘢食又熱又夠鑊氣,地方又熱鬧。 沒競爭,真係沒進步😕 招牌雞燉翅,翅有夠多,但湯底有點淡,不夠濃不夠鮮甜豉椒炒蟶子王,上碟不夠熱。但蟶子皇夠新鮮就鮮甜。但海鮮本身夠鮮,已經不會輸 。豉油王鵝腸,非常差☹️豉油淡,鵝腸只有爽不入味。薑汁芥蘭,薑味不夠,但芥蘭夠嫩又甜蒜蓉油麥菜,炒得太淋 👎🏻風沙雞保持水準,雞肉嫩滑😋😋蒜香骨,香口有肉汁,又夠脆😋豉油王炒麵夠入味😋
