剛從海外歸來,要將大冮南北地道中菜吃個夠😝潮州菜屬於粵菜的重要菜系之一,第一餐決定吃正宗潮州菜鄰近灣仔地鐵站的正潮樓門口掛住大紅燈籠及大大隻滷水鵝,相當吸引內裏裝潢用上白啡兩色為主,加上燈籠模樣的風扇掛燈增添了古色古的味道店內設有三間以潮州三條大江命名的包廂,並掛上香港權威美食家蔡瀾題字的對聯及墨戲這裡的滷水經長時間不停加入鵝肉、豬肉等食材滷製,滷水汁愈煮愈濃郁成為陳年滷水膽滷水鵝片鵝肉軟嫩,齒頰留香!墊底的普寧豆腐充分吸收鵝及滷汁,外脆內嫩涼菜豬腳凍採用去骨豬腳肉製成,滑嫩爽口並富含膠質沾裹鹹鹹的醬汁一起食用,冰冰涼涼超開胃,讓人忍不住一件接一件沙茶炒牛肉醇香滑嫩,沙茶醬汁稠濃鮮美糖醋煎伊麵煎得又香又脆,一面蘸沙糖,一面蘸醋,還有置底香噴噴的白葱段,吃得滿心歡喜潮汕特有甜湯清心丸綠豆爽清熱解毒,已去衣的綠豆粒粒分明,混合口感煙韌晶瑩的清心丸清新不甜膩
