To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說今日約咗朋友食午餐,入坐時間13:45連等位,叫咗4碟點心,朋友14:10到,大家便一路食一路傾吓計。不知不覺就過咗個半鐘,有個經理行埋嚟問枱面啲點心仲要唔要?要唔要幫我哋「打包拎走」?我「吓」咗一聲都未食完,男經理便說:係呀,你哋差唔多入坐兩個鐘喇,我哋門口仲有客等緊位,我真係火都嚟埋,但無爆佢!朋友便拎單埋單,男經理仲問多聲要唔要幫我哋打包拎走?我堅有火大聲話:「枱面所有嘢食都唔要比枱你嘛,你有客等緊吖嘛!佢即刻唔出聲,隔離枱食緊嘢阿姐都望一望個男經理,估唔到今時今日仲有咁差劣服務!不愉快的午餐
