To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次寫食評! 因為實在忍唔住分享呢一餐非常勞氣的飯局: 一去到坐低便放低碟皮蛋，咁問佢係咩來的，佢話係餐前小食，到埋單時發現變左要收$45既一道餸! 之前食左碟炒花枝係唔新鮮既，有d臭味，結果退回取消，埋單時仲要你講左兩次要投訴亂收費，問佢經理係邊佢先揾經理來，但態度差，經理問番你坐低時冇見過張海鮮紙？我話無，咁示意張紙有寫明？但都冇講到，只講話唔好意思，幫你取消，真估唔到香港都有呢d好似大陸亂收人錢既手法，嘢食唔好食，服務仲咁差?不會有下次
