To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今朝同大食男友去尖沙咀做野, 但未食早餐頭暈暈, 大食男友就車左我去呢間冰廳; 其實呢間冰廳中學時代成日食, 因為食完就去隔離行街, 對上一次食應該都有5年前, 印象中佢既包係好香, 但當時食覺得只係比其他菠蘿包香...事隔數年, 今日再食金華成餐都有驚喜😊;雞批足料皮又脆, 批底咬落夠鬆； 菠蘿包層‘菠蘿’好脆夠薄, 包好鬆軟😋, 大食男友將碟上每一粒 ‘菠蘿’碎都食埋😂; 連碗餐蛋米都有驚喜, 其他茶餐廳既湯底係好似白水無味, 呢到個湯底係夠味而且好大碗(大食男友要幫我食大半碗😅)!最抵讚既仲有, 阿姐見到有位外藉人士攞錯糖槳當辣油, 主動問那位外藉人士要咩同主動攞辣油俾佢👍🏻👍🏻
