To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食過佢哋個lunch,覺得都不錯,於是試埋晚餐一位$1380嘅Omakase,有前菜、7款刺身、1款和食、6件壽司、湯及甜品,食完飽到不得了!前菜有隱元豆即係日本豆角,本身已經好肚餓,加上落咗芝麻醬,好快就食晒成碟;仲有大學芋,即係炒過嘅番薯,加少少黑芝麻,大大塊又超級甜刺身鮫鰈切成5薄片,加咗柚子皮及蔥,放喺岩鹽板上碌兩碌,鮮味大大提升石垣貝而家係season,上菜前拍一拍,肉質更加彈牙,海水味濃郁蠔北海道蠔加上醋啫喱及海帶,好大隻而且滑溜,食落微酸開胃帶子用紫菜包住帶子,肉厚而且唔加任何調味更加食到帶子嘅鮮甜鯖魚輕輕燒過後加咗柚子汁及一片白板昆布,身形厚實不過油脂唔算多,酸酸哋啱夏天食秋刀魚雖然香港仲熱辣辣,不過日本已經秋天喇,咁就梗係要食秋刀魚啦!加咗自家製梅醬及芝麻,不過我鍾意唔加任何野嘅秋刀魚多啲中拖羅乜都唔加,就咁食,食到原味又鮮甜嘅味道大拖羅輕輕燒過後,再用紫蘇葉及紫菜包住,冇就咁食咁膩,一咬開入口即溶,油份比中拖羅豐富得多青檸柚子啫喱食完刺身,食個啫喱預備食壽司嘞壽司分別有深海池魚、赤貝、池魚、筋子、根室馬糞海膽及右口魚邊。其他就成日食,筋子就要睇季節先有喇和食係煮咗4
