To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幫襯過 10 幾次，介紹鼓勵唔少人嚟，包括社會事件期間特登支持！價錢真係唔平，一人份羊肉麵過百，但係如果食得開心係唔會計較，今次講一樣嘢：兩個人坐低，size 係一張棋哥燒鵝嘅兩人對食位，擺低碟烤鴨已經冇位擺其他嘢，同服務員反映，佢哋態度一般，我叫佢取消其他 order，食完呢個即刻走，個女侍應話唔緊要，雖然後來總經理來打圓場，但係呢樣嘢已經足夠令客人唔再返轉頭。 其實隔籬枱兩位女士反應同我哋一樣（左右隔離只係相距大約呎半），兩個人睇見張枱 size 嘅時候同樣嘩一聲！ 大快活嘅兩人枱 size 同佢差唔多，但係人哋成個晚飯套餐只係六十幾。香港飲食業好唔爭氣，以為城中鴨子應該高級啲啦，幫襯多年以來一路目擊服務員都係用同一對手執骨又攞碗筷俾我！🤮（佢戴住手套，直程連洗手嘅意欲都冇埋，佢自己對手就保持乾淨囉。😏）
