鳳爪排骨飯,送係至正常一樣,排骨唔錯,但d飯就整到林左好似偏向粥咁,之後到梅菜肉餅飯一樣啦d飯,真係呢下扣哂分。。D肉餅就標準無乜特別。。之後 炸雲吞 哇! d皮又唔算特別脆,而粒陷就細到好似無既一樣,食到無乜味囉。。食汁似d...之後個炒鴛鴦米睇就好食,食落完全無哂米既甘香,係食到滿口油林林既椰菜料囉。。之後粉果勁呀!用快子輕輕夾下就黏實左而扯上小小就穿哂皮。。好唔愉快食得變左。。而吃下去就都係咁上下。。到燒賣係好彩正常返小小。不過好遲黎。。差唔多想走先到。。凍凍地咁。。唔見有咩特別好味。。仲有個煎堆併咸水角。都係硬左d 唔同好咬口。。D皮係靈魂偏偏整得麻麻 ,最後講講服務 ..同台位師奶算好耐性由八點等到九點 個兩個點心未黎中間只係吹左兩三次 到第三次先印張單出黎比客人睇話無落過個樣野單。。而師奶只係擺出皺眉樣 一副無奈唔算大聲咁呻下同個部長之類女公關,但個女公關只係一副黑面望住佢邊行走邊望住個師奶發一瘋完就檸轉頭走。完全無唔好意思。

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.
