To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

非常失望的晚餐！永不幫襯！滿心歡喜到餐廳慶祝生日，因見到有生日畫碟服務，網上介紹畫chiikawa好可愛，朋友很喜歡chiikawa，所以特別提早幾日向餐廳預訂畫碟服務，註明畫chiikawa。結果下圖👇🏻我地一見到個公仔全部人呆左😵(畫碟服務加$10) 重點留意生日碟上有一點燒燶的痕跡，比爛碟客人慶祝生日嗎？！再者，撇除生日畫碟，其他主食、甜品都唔好食，少份量，但中高價錢，完全唔值得。例如上述生日窩夫$68，一共有2小舊，一人一舊都少得可憐。服務態度差，晚餐時段其實都多客人，但人手唔夠。想請店員收拾主食餐碟再上甜品，我哋幫忙疊起餐具及紙巾垃圾，讓店員容易清理，但店員極度不滿咀臉，最後連檯上垃圾都不願意為我哋收拾，由得檯上一堆垃圾一齊上窩夫慶祝生日🙃總結: 完全不是慶祝生日好去處！十分不滿、失望的經歷！
