To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 對上一次到來太和站也是年頭吧真是「桃花依舊,面目全非」從前的甜品店已關門大吉,家電店也搖身一變成為幾間食肆只是短短半年,變化已經咁多,有點兒慨歎夜色漸深,倆口子邊行邊諗今晚食乜經過「八妹雞煲」經過「泰皇屋」同「Café首爾」最後決定食韓國菜於門前取飛等入座倆口子足足在外等了四十分鐘而等待期間當然細閱餐牌經過四十分鐘的守侯,終於被安排入座餐廳乃屬長方形兩邊放滿桌椅,像是要把每一寸每一尺也用到似的無計,香港寸金尺土,租金昂貴為了多賺幾塊錢,是要把資源適當使用安頓好後倆口子點了以下菜色:1. 海鮮薄餅2. 雞肉石頭鍋飯3. 炸醬麵先來的是一碟店方送的小食(泡菜和芽菜)每一枱顧客都能享用,而且食完更可向店員Refill1. 海鮮薄餅海鮮薄餅乍看之下只有魷魚作材料橙紅的薄餅沒有預其中的辣薄餅的邊位較香脆因味道不太濃,要配以佐料作能把味道提升2. 雞肉石頭鍋飯小妹喜歡石頭鍋飯因為熱度足夠,而且熱度更能使飯變成飯焦愛香口的倆口子當然不放過啦這裏的石頭鍋飯來到時已冒煙小妹興奮極了,待一會才把飯和拌配撈起急不及待把剛形成的飯焦送到嘴裏嘻嘻石頭鍋飯跟一支辣椒醬以供客人自行調味這安排十分細心,使不嗜辣的客人

先來的是一碟店方送的小食(泡菜和芽菜)
每一枱顧客都能享用,而且食完更可向店員Refill

1. 海鮮薄餅
海鮮薄餅乍看之下只有魷魚作材料
橙紅的薄餅沒有預其中的辣
薄餅的邊位較香脆
因味道不太濃,要配以佐料作能把味道提升

2. 雞肉石頭鍋飯
小妹喜歡石頭鍋飯
因為熱度足夠,而且熱度更能使飯變成飯焦
愛香口的倆口子當然不放過啦

這裏的石頭鍋飯來到時已冒煙
小妹興奮極了,待一會才把飯和拌配撈起
急不及待把剛形成的飯焦送到嘴裏
嘻嘻

石頭鍋飯跟一支辣椒醬以供客人自行調味
這安排十分細心,使不嗜辣的客人可下較少/不下醬料

3. 炸醬麵
韓式炸醬麵的炸醬與港式的甚不同
前者是烏黑色的甜肉醬
後者的則是橙紅色的酸甜肉醬
小妹雖到韓國旅遊,但還未品嚐到炸醬麵
今天難得吃韓國菜,當然要一試!

黑色的肉醬加上青瓜絲
鋪上白色的粗麵條
把肉醬與麵條拌好才進食
不知道是小妹拌得不均勻還是炸醬的份量不足
不是全部麵條也沾到味道
故有些麵條是淡而無味的
炸醬味道甜甜的
味道來說,小妹還是鍾於港式炸醬麵

總括來說,這頓飯不過不失
炸醬麵、泡菜薄餅、石頭鍋飯
