To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鮑魚一向係我的至愛之一,但平常吃到的都是白色的,黑色的你又嚐過沒有?一向聞其名而未嚐過,終於今日被友人說服,只好一起嚐嚐,但一吃了就情不自禁愛上了......未吃前,先來個餐前小吃青瓜加炸腐皮卷青瓜酸酸甜甜,帶點辛辣味,開胃又醒胃,加上爽脆清新,餐前吃一吃,人都精神左再來炸腐皮券,外炸得香脆十足,內則有口感,而且又唔會太鹹,討好非常到主角登場,來自新西蘭野生黑金鮑魚HKD688/隻份量十足,而且黑色係第一次見,不過個人感覺其樣子有點恐怖,可能是太新鮮的關係,還在動......最後還是要把它分屍,咁就即時好睇好多,哈其實這款鮑魚之所以被稱為黑金鮑,除了因為外表新顔色呈黑色,是由於其長年吸附在新西蘭海底火山岩石上,肉質表面形成了含有大量礦物質的黑膜,營養豐富,因此深受新西蘭識食之人追捧,而且量少珍稀,想吃真不易其吃法可二食,過橋,堂灼,油泡,燉湯將其切片後,加入熱呼呼的上湯黑金鮑魚被灼過後,口感更爽嫩有口感,帶點煙韌香氣四溢,加入各款配料,更增添其香味帶鮮甜且濃香的鮑魚鮮味,好棒的味道另外這裡的紅棗糕亦都好好吃,煙煙韌韌帶點黏的口感,加上清甜紅棗味及其香氣,更是好吃!老實說,是晚都幾矜貴的

老實說,是晚都幾矜貴的一個晚餐,但可嚐到人生中第一次的黑金鮑魚亦是值回票價,好吃的東西再貴也是值得,不是叫你時常吃,偶爾吃一下也無妨!好味又回味的一晚~
