To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

lunch之選茶餐廳，方便快捷又便宜。選擇食全日常餐甲 - 豬扒金寶湯通粉配葱花炒蛋及丹麥多士 + 熱好立克 $49豬扒切得幾厚身，淡淡肉又唔乾，有少許黑椒味。味道唔錯!通粉煮得太淋身，沒有口感，可能係外賣關係。食食下當中發現幾條米粉，感覺不衛生，清洗器皿不乾淨。然後丹麥多士，酥皮多士再塗了一層牛油係表面，十分邪惡，口感鬆軟，牛油帶點鹹鹹地，好味！另外，多士一定要趁熱吃，可能係外賣關係變得不脆。炒滑蛋有放蔥，味道唔錯！好立克剛剛好，不太甜。成個餐埋單$49，雖然味道不過不失，但以中環茶記呢個價好合理，會再幫襯的。
