To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不過不失，服務態度吾錯

今日星期日和友人到旺角逛街。當然在旺角覓食啦。我和友人都想食扒，於是又係search open rice,見這間酒吧幾多正評，所以就揀了此間。是日下午2點幾，酒吧只有幾個人食飯飲酒。侍應笑著為我們介紹lunch menu 及先拎來一杯🍋水點了是日set lunch 烤眼肉扒＄110 Set lunch包餐湯或沙律，我的餐湯略欠咸了一點友人點的煙三文魚凱撒沙律，很吸引，有羅馬生菜，煙三文魚，蕃茄，桃，橙，很清新。主菜牛扒賣相美味，網狀型，易切，即使叫了7成熟，肉質尚算嫰，可惜食落有小小苦，可能燒得「濃」了一點。正是牛扒的敗筆之處。甜品分別有cheese cake或朱古力蛋糕，cheese cake夠滑，好食。朱古力蛋糕則較普通，不夠突出。最後奉上一杯奶茶這餐不過不失，不過值得一讚是侍應的服務態。侍應笑容可掬，服務態度幾nice
