To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今朝起身，唔知想食乜嘢， 11點半先發現這間餐廳有OpenRice訂位優惠，即時網上訂位12點半，竟然成功，感覺好出奇，一個鐘前仲有位。比預期中早到，人流不算多，可能這裏是做內地遊客生意，菜式偏向於多粉面飯，當然驚喜是有生蠔，可惜只有一個廚房師傅逐隻開，一定好慢。到我最喜歡的甜品項目，選擇算少，但出品不錯，特別是好多朱古力種類。我相信這間餐廳都值得一試，當然今次係因為有OpenRice訂座七折優惠，或許考慮下次晚市來幫襯。
