To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上個月..去開黃金海岸食飯見酒店有間"沙嗲軒"~尖沙咀果間都想試好耐既然黃金海岸有分店~依晚就去試下呢^^~~~~~~~~~~~"星洲蝦羔雜菜沙律"有沙葛..蘋果..銀芽..貢菜..青瓜..油條伴上芝麻..花生碎醬汁有d似係"Langkawi"食過既"Rojak"但無咁濃烈~依個半鹹半甜..帶淡淡蝦醬味最鐘意加入油條既感覺~雖然唔脆..但配搭好唔錯"肉骨茶"湯底有半濃中藥味~排骨夠腍+好香冬菇味雖然不及大馬既正~但係香港食到依個味道都算不過不失~始終可能要就返香港人口味伴上油條..另外叫個"白飯""星洲辣椒蟹"蟹肉比較腍+細隻醬汁特別要求加辣~味道夠辣帶少酸甜雞蛋煮得超幼滑~整體食物+服務都好ok唔錯呢
