To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友在圓方行街，見午市套餐幾吸引，又唔使等位，就去試試這間燈光昏暗的餐廳。定食有飯、湯沙律及前菜(泡菜、兩片似是鹵水牛肉)厚切牛舌 - 除咗有口感外，本身一啲味都冇，仲有啲筋五月市豬肉眼及豬腩肉 - 猪肉唔太肥，醃料夠味唔太鹹，燒後香脆好食要叫定食先可以用呢個價錢，又唔可以同用其他優惠，都唔算好抵。幾款肉質都幾好，好淋；A4和牛油脂分布平均，三個人食，每人一片唔會油膩日本烏冬配看似好辣嘅湯底，湯其實唔辣，帶微酸，有幾片牛肉麵、一塊豆腐、洋蔥和蔥，味道ok。個餐亦包埋飯、前菜，如果一個人食會太飽最後仲有一粒雲尼拿雪米糍甜品呢！
