晚餐一行10人黎到呢間喺石埉尾南山邨既品香樓,以前讀書成日食, 今日再戰由於晚市有訂位, 所以一黎到雖然人頭踴踴但都有位,我地預訂左佢既招牌菜手撕雞,其實真係幾好味既, 雞肉雞皮夠滑,撕得好幼細,上面鋪左厚厚既黑芝麻調味,而配以沙薑汁食, 不錯另外,我地仲點左灼牛肉,口水雞,薑葱炒豬頸肉,九肚魚,等我特別鍾意食芝士琶琵豆腐,蜜桃沙拉骨 同南乳豬手芝士琶琵豆腐 芝士味好香濃, 豆腐出面炸得好脆,食落去入面有熱辣辣既豆腐香, 而豆腐入面比較有咬口, 配以芝士醬十分好味南乳豬手,南乳味做得好香濃,豬手皮比較脆,而皮下面充滿骨膠原,係鍾意食有咬口既豬手人仕必點之選蜜桃沙拉骨 排骨比較長身肉質因為近骨所以比較有彈性同少脂肪,個汁有蜜桃汁同沙律醬,十分MATCH ,令到油炸過既排骨食落有清新既感覺總括黎講,食物中上,價錢正常,環境一般,但可以一試,晚市要訂位, 某D食物好似手撕雞要預早訂!
