約了幾個朋友去尖沙咀睇戲,開場前先去吃個晚餐。這間台式餐廳主打是台式包點,還有多款地道的台式麵食,全部都是幾十蚊起,尖沙咀區十分抵食。金牌小籠包一籠五隻,皮落有韌性,咬開大量湯汁爆出,湯汁有肉香。雞絲粉皮表面淋上麻醬,拌上青瓜絲及雞絲,簡單清爽。紅燒豬手豬手炆得入味又腍,入口溶化,膠質豐富。酥炸黃花魚黃花魚有隻半手掌大小,炸至金黃色,外面香脆,魚肉嫩滑。台式擔擔撈麵擔擔麵的醬汁有濃郁麻醬香味,湯汁濃稠,帶點微辣,十分惹味。台式滷肉飯不得不試的滷肉飯,每次去台灣都必食,滷肉用了半肥瘦的豬腩肉,入口不油膩,炆至甘香,伴飯一流。
