To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

公眾假期下午茶時間(16:30)，餐廳唔算多人，可能因為沙角商場太多食肆，競爭太大。我地一行二人嗌咗3個餐，分別係：魚生飯、壽司拼盤同埋叉燒拉麵。先講魚生飯：份量好足，賣相好靚！味道正常，對得住佢$49嘅價格；壽司拼盤($33)就差啲，明顯係雪咗一段時間，毫無新鮮味，只可醫肚不可談論味道；最後叉燒拉麵($35)反而有驚喜，佢個叉燒味道淋甜，而湯底有少少咸味，拉麵硬度啱啱好。每份下午茶都係配一杯熱飲/冰紅茶/味噌湯，我地嗌咗2杯熱奶茶同1杯冰紅茶，熱奶茶奶味唔夠；冰紅茶就係康師傅罐裝飲品。服務方面十分良好，侍應反應迅速、殷勤。環境方面亦算中上，四正闊落，相信就算多人嘅時間都唔會話坐得好逼gip。呢一類平民日式餐廳買少見少，大家行過不妨支持下~
