To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不錯，會再試的麻辣三寶麵

葵涌廣場真的開了很多新食店，為怕要排隊都少了去，最近可能過年吃得太多，午飯都吃得不多，前天便試了”貓麵”。我選了麻辣三寶麵($30)，再加$5加一個餸，我點了雞軟骨、牛栢葉、雞腎、鵝腸，有多款醬可選我就選了上海胡麻醬，也可選是否加辣，我見餸已經是麻辣就不加了，最後老闆娘還問是否要青瓜，當然要吧吃麻醬麵可中和糊口的感覺，原來青瓜是即時刨絲，好新鮮喎。拿回公司打開沒有出水的情況，麻醬很香口，幾個餸都算爽口，辣味都適中但略嫌不夠麻(本人是愛麻的)，整體都不錯，最好能多一點青瓜絲。下次會再試的，可能試其他醬料。
