豬肉+雞肉沙嗲豬肉和雞肉都已烤焦了,幸好肉汁仍有少少,基本上豬肉和雞肉都無味道,必須要點醬料食方好味,醬料不似一般的很濃花生醬味,少少酸辣味又幾好味糯米釀雞翼幾乎每間泰國餐館都會有這味釀雞翼,但不明大部做法都會釀入臘肉,是否因為泰國人較瘦而需要肥肉,否則論味道應該不算好味而且很肥膩,糯米總算做得幾好味又保存了少許水份,雞翼沒有被炸得乾了豬雜湯米配料似乎很雜,湯底很香味而湯底味道令我以為置身於泰國,米粉一般雖然不算是靚米粉但沒有“Hai”口感鴨肉湯米粉鴨肉不是新鮮可又不是差,湯底不算出色但總算令無什麼味道的鴨肉吸入了湯味而好味了,兩塊薄脆脆浸入湯令湯底後食好食食麵粉皮

糯米釀雞翼
