原來旺角廣華街呢度竟然開咗金飯碗分店,餐廳今次除主打焗飯,生煎肉餅飯類,仲有刈包及台式飲品🧋。新開張冇耐,就已經見到人龍不斷,夜晚更座無虛席,真係人氣爆燈!🔸蘭王蛋鮮茄肉醬焗飯($78)蘭王蛋賣相非常吸引,橙紅色嘅鮮艷蛋黃再加上滿佈芝士既肉醬,拌上蛋汁,芝士多到可以拉絲十足,整體味道超夾!而下面炒飯底都值得一讚,粒粒分明,充滿飯香。🔸雞軟骨肉餅飯配日本蘭王蛋($68)估唔到呢間茶餐廳都會用上日本高級嘅蘭王蛋,太陽蛋色澤通透,望落去已經好惹味🤩每件肉餅即叫即煮,需時15分鐘,表面焦香,特別之處係混合了雞軟骨,所以會食到爽脆彈牙,特別有口感,上面灑滿櫻花蝦,加上蝦頭油,無論賣相及味道都10分高質!🤗店員更建議肉餅飯要加上豬油,令到整體味道更加提升,大家一定要試吓,絕對冇失望!🔹瑞士雞翼($42)瑞士雞翼有五隻,每隻雞翼都炆得非常入味軟腍,色澤均勻食完呢次之後,簡直令我對傳統茶餐廳改觀,更加成為長期嘅飯堂!📍 金飯館貳·零 肉餅·焗飯專門店 (旺角)📍旺角廣華街38號地舖#hongkongfoodie #hongkongfoodblogger #hkfoodie #hkfoodlover #
