To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

世界上最難食+最似石頭嘅bagel（垃圾）

去到買咗五個bagel，兩個原味，兩個poppy，一個藍莓。店員已經冇乜禮貌，不過諗住算數，快速外賣，冇乜問題。當時我有問佢有冇甜嘅口味，佢個態度同個樣完全寫住方位字樣！去到bagel方面，我直頭震驚，拎到返去食，原味冇乜大問題，比較硬，但未至於係石頭🪨。poppy硬到完全食唔到，嘗試咬，然後牙齒好痛！！！！差啲甩牙！！！！我比屋企人試吓，咬完之後都係覺得就快甩牙，我加啲水再攞去焗睇吓會唔會鬆軟啲，毫無幫助，裏裏外外都好似石頭，$50報廢。藍莓嗰個仲衰，之前冇check過，落單之後拎走咗袋麵包就拎咗返屋企，打開，試吓食，好苦，原來係焦嘅！！！焦黑道咁樣！！冇可能食喎！唔單只係硬咁簡單，完全係一個垃圾，定係想我生cancer ？放上一張圖，俾大家睇吓我大力鏈，佢都係唔會扁，真係好似石頭咁！打得死人！有好大機會專門比啲垃圾貨比外賣生客，播佢哋本身就唔回頭，所以掃啲垃圾出去賣俾人！
