To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近約埋一班好友趁住復活假去了大嶼山寶蓮寺食素及參觀大佛, 之後仲跟住由寶蓮寺行山路去東涌東星樓食海鮮, 需時約3個鐘. 我們一行十一人去到己急不及待就挑選海鮮, 那裡的海鮮非常新鮮, 而且價錢比西貢碼頭及布袋澳還要便宣, 我們挑選了六樣海鮮, 包括:瀨尿蝦, 蜆, 聖子, 大型墨魚, 魚, 中蝦及其他小菜, 另外我們叫了一些出名的小菜如燒脯仔及沙薑雞腳. 而且還叫了五支大啤. 埋單$1200都唔使, 認真抵食.
