一班朋友去完大澳郊遊,出番東涌搵食,厭倦了商場嘅連鎖式餐廳,喺開飯網search到呢間大排檔,一於行多兩步路試下菜先。去到見到爆晒場,相信都真係深受街坊歡迎!南風小炒王($118)小炒王嘅材料十分豐富,有蝦仁、魷魚、腰果、菜甫、韮菜等,送啤酒一流!🍻菠蘿生炒骨($98)甜甜酸酸超開胃嘅生炒骨,外皮炸得酥脆,汁料剛好裹上每件排骨,係白飯嘅好朋友。豉汁蒸鱔($178)食大排檔都要嗌個功架菜,蒸鱔呢啲屋企稍為難處理嘅菜式,一場嚟到真係要試,魚肉蒸得剛好,唔會太老太韌,愛魚者必點!椒鹽鮮魷($108)繼續係啤啤佢時間!熱辣辣油炸嘅魷魚蘸上特調嘅喼汁,帶點甜酸,十分有特色。啫啫雞煲($102)再次係白飯嘅好朋友,原煲上枱嘅啫啫雞煲,經過極高溫燒焗後,煲中嘅汁發出滋滋聲,超級有風味,雞嘅份量絕不吝嗇,食極都仲有,人多必點!呢間大頭蝦都可算係東涌少見咁有氣氛嘅大排檔,值得再去!
