To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去貝澳玩下，去之前就黎元氣壽司醫飽個肚先🤪 今日星期日午市卡位要等一張枱，店員見我地多行李，主動問我地洗唔洗擺底野先，呢點值得加分！過左五分鐘左右就有卡位啦，咁都好快上到菜。一如既往我地都係叫左赤海蝦，三文魚，油甘魚等，亦叫左期間限定嘅松葉蟹壽司。蟹壽司食落都幾特別，畢竟以前未試過，發現配飯嘅效果都唔錯，不過感覺上冇其他分店咁新鮮，之前個次係食得岀海水味。三文魚反而扣分，佢嘅岀品好凍，感覺就係岩岩係雪櫃拎岀黎咁
