To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物一般，普通加普通，茶餐廳一間，價錢中上，服務下下下下，零分！成日見到呢間餐廳比客鬧，今日去試吓叫外賣自取，用咗15分鐘提前落單，最後喺門口再等多15分鐘先取到餐，一去到見到一大班人企起門口，已經心知不妙，一出份外賣，成班餓狼去搵外賣，千祈千祈，千其唔好叫外賣，無法取消，只有呆等我淨係叫咗一份五香肉丁公仔麵，加炒蛋，一般茶餐廳嘅常餐，通常用五至10分鐘出餐.佢用咗半個鐘，其實餐廳唔算多人，只係一大班人喺度等外賣，同埋有五六個人企喺度等位，呢間餐廳嘅食物質素，唔值得等，更加唔值呢個價錢，最慘係等到一肚氣，你冇佢辦法
