To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嗌咗一個套餐， 首先嚟做一個椰子煲雞湯， 你嗰陣時以為好好飲， 嘩， 我嘗試形容下嗰種味道， 史雲生清雞湯加水加味精， 完全冇椰子味， 之後呢一個上海餃子同素菜飯， 花雕雞正常， 另外叫咗菜膽個獅子頭, 呢個簡直係戲肉, 啲菜浸都梅曬, 嗰個獅子頭鹹到食咗一啖已經唔想再食, 我好懷疑個廚師自己有冇試過先。 但係我相信如果純粹入去食過餃子， 湯餃之類係冇問題， 勉強可以接受， 其他嘢就唔好嗌啦😫😫😫
