To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中伏的自助餐，未試過咁樣的自助餐。單個餐廳環境就好似十幾年前去歐洲旅行住青旅社食早餐的餐廳咁，再看食物，款式不多之餘還數量不多，三文魚仲要有骨，佢真係賺晒。唔使錢都唔會再去食，地方又唔就腳。超失望超失敗的一次晚餐。本來打算九人去，後來覺得兩個細路都唔係食嘢的，所以減左三個冇去，仲有一個仲未收得工，見到咁既情況，立刻叫佢唔好黎，寧願番屋企食公仔面好過。好采最終減左4位，如果唔係，一中伏就九個，我覺得超委屈。比300元去酒店食腸仔包，我諗（未食過）去半乜酒店或乜島酒店買都唔使咁貴。
