To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 現在食晚飯有怪現象就是就算非放題的食店都有時限,家傳滬曉就是一例子,平時想book位晚飯有兩段時間,一係六點幾時段,另一就係八點幾時段,真係食之無味!欲與友相聚詳談真係冇可能!今日與友人食午餐,可能星期六時間尚早必夠一點,所以有位,與平日晚市比較分別很大!簡簡單單的午餐,點了鍋貼,紅油炒手,嫩雞煨麵,什菌炒年糕及四喜烤夫!上菜速度之快可與快餐睇齊!呢頭ORDER完果度就出菜!話雖如此,鍋貼是熱辣竦的鍋貼底煎得金黃,咬落脆脆的!四喜烤夫比較特別,吸滿醬汁濃濃的,味道不錯!什菌炒年糕夠熱,又是味濃濃的!但嫩雞煨麵就完全冇特別,同埋我覺得賣相真的有待改善,勁林,真係適合小朋友食!紅油炒手唔食唔係損失~~其實幾樣野要成300我覺得比較貴,last問左個經理拎單比免泊車,居然拋一句:得一個鐘喎!咁都係有得免丫,D態度真係唔好!去其他大埔中心的食店都冇佢咁態度! 冇禮貌!
