同男朋友慶祝周年紀念,所以想食好少少同感覺浪漫D,所以就揀咗法國菜。黎之前上網睇過D價錢對於法國菜黎講都幾合理,好彩一早book咗枱,當晚好快就爆場。最值得一讚嘅就係店員會因應我order嘅食物幫我安排分開上菜,當我每一碟食得差不多先再安排下一碟。鴨胸煮得啱啱好,帶有微粉紅色,囗感軟淋。沙律菜都夠新鮮,鵝肝煎的金黃色,外脆內軟滑搭配埋特製嘅沙律醋醬汁,酸酸地令到個沙律口感豐富,亦減低左鵝肝嘅油膩感。生牛肉他他係經典傳統法國菜式之一,用左鯷魚,洋蔥,法式芥末同VSOP干邑調味料作為調味,配上生蛋黃令到牛肉口感更嫩滑,牛肉味更加突出。配搭埋法式香脆鄉村麵包,絕對係一個令人醒胃嘅開胃菜。依個係店員介紹嘅一款傳統法式薄餅,餅皮係用蕎麥麵粉以製,配料並唔係包係餅皮內,而只係放喺餅皮上。雖然餅皮煎得好薄但係蕎麥香味都幾突出。配料有煙肉同白酒忌廉煮野菌,當然唔少得香煎帶子,外金黃香脆,內裡依然鮮嫩,質感爽軟多汁,吾會乾巴巴。當晚嘅重頭戲就係依個店員極力推介限量供應,用左法國空運到港嘅黑青口配香蒜蕃茜白酒汁。店員推介嘅食法次序係先食薯條配以蒜蓉醬,令口腔留有蒜香味再食青囗,令青口鮮味更加提升。青口份量

法式甜品作為我地嘅完美Ending,法式可麗餅皮軟滑有蛋香,加上焦糖煎香蕉配雲呢拿雪糕同焦糖醬,絕對係經典中嘅經典。
