To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成日經過這店，都無入過去，今晚朋友過來揾我，想揾返間好坐啲既餐廳傾吓計飲吓野。 原來裹面裝修係中西合璧的， 有很多中國特色，例如中式窗框，燈，牌匾等，西式的就有其他裝修，牆身，梳化等。估唔到這小店都可以整得咁靚，而且都夠空間感，坐滿左都唔係好嘈呢。 龍蝦忌廉意大利飯$108 很重忌廉的！所以很香滑，每粒意大利飯都包圍著忌廉，反而龍蝦味唔重，連埋面上的大蝦食，感覺會良好一啲，大蝦夠矖爽，另外個有青口作配料。 蜜瓜巴馬火腿 $98 依度既巴馬火腿唔會太重咸味，一味食鹽味，亦可包住勁甜的哈蜜瓜食，咁就會再無咁咸，食到火腿嗰種香。 中間有啲沙律係大家中和肥膩感。 Pina Colada $68 我點了Pina Colada, 係由兩種酒 (Bacardi, Malibu)加菠蘿汁混合而成的，但係依度就落少左cream. 係就係清新啲，係就唔太忠於原本的版本吧！ 芒果熱情果沙冰$50 充滿香噴噴的熱情果味，都蓋過芒果味，不過就唔太單調的味道，夠矖涼快，適合依個天氣飲。 朱古力香蕉鬆餅 $78 鬆餅其實就係waffle既厚版，真係外脆內軟，個面夠矖烘既時間，喜歡佢可以自由落朱

朱古力香蕉鬆餅 $78 鬆餅其實就係waffle既厚版，真係外脆內軟，個面夠矖烘既時間，喜歡佢可以自由落朱古力醬同香蕉去襯個鬆餅，例如我勁唔鍾意食香蕉，連掂到都唔想又或者朋友飲完芒果熱情果沙冰好甜唔想再落咁多糖漿, 隨你歡喜.
