做完gym,想食返啲雞肉補充下蛋白質,加上冇咩錢嘅關係,就想搵間大份夾抵食嘅餐廳,一諗就諗到川味。呢間餐廳由中學大學到宜家都好鍾意食,每次都必點撈紅薯粉,冇咩地方有撈粉,試過撈拉麵都唔錯,湯麵就未試過。大約兩點鐘來到,星期日都多人,好在有位。叫左撈紅薯寛粉,加蘿蔔、通菜、雞絲,麻小辣一來到嚇親,呀姐好似知我做完gym,勁大碗,對面個哥哥都望左一望。大份之餘,唔會因爲你叫左幾份餸而分薄左個份量,每樣餸都比得好足!蘿蔔係最喜愛,好淋同甜,又唔會吸左太多汁而變得油膩,件件都大大舊。仲而有配料:炸醬、芽菜、花生,份量好似一樣餸咁多。紅薯寛粉,好有咬口,但好滑有啲難夾會有少少彈汁有樣可以做得更好嘅係可以隔清啲水,咁就可以撈得入味啲。

蘿蔔係最喜愛,好淋同甜,又唔會吸左太多汁而變得油膩,件件都大大舊。
