To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約左friend係旺角買野，去到夜晚見到依間鋪既menu幾吸引就入左去試下。唔好睇間餐廳係中式裝潢就以為係食中菜，其實係食西式野架！玫瑰拿鐡：玫瑰乾花配埋拉花好靚！杯拿鐡淨係個賣相都已經攞哂分，一飲落去有淡淡既玫瑰花香，同咖啡味融合左一齊好夾。白菌巴拿馬火腿意大利飯：個意大利飯好creamy，食落同平時食開既意大利飯冇乜大分別，反而係個巴拿馬火腿幾突出，少少咸香味令到個飯既層次豐富左。蘑菇汁配烤黑毛豬扒：個黑毛豬食落沒平時食豬個種豬騷味，而且好嫩滑，即使唔沾蘑菇汁都已經好好食，好值得一試。整體既用餐感覺唔錯，野食有水準，有機會會試下其他野食。

玫瑰拿鐡：
