To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中式牛柳唔錯

上次喺太子嘅海港酒樓食個晚飯，印象中佢晚市都幾多選擇，價錢合理。所以今次係寶琳同屋企人食飯，我都選擇咗海港酒樓。上次太子嗰間唔知係咪太旺，好早已經有幾度菜式賣晒。今次終於可以叫返想食既中式牛柳條。呢個中式牛柳有大量嘅蒜蓉，所以好香。牛柳條幾軟身，易咬。牛柳下低係洋蔥，濃味既一道菜式，送飯唔錯。唔知係唔係食鹹左個味蕾，另外叫咗一道金華火腿浸娃娃菜，就覺得佢非常淡口。除咗嗰個金華火腿有鹹味之外，成道菜餸都好似冇咩味甘。所以都係要叫返啲重口味嘅小菜，例如咕嚕肉都做得唔錯。酸酸甜甜，好醒胃。呢度嘅甜品都好似好搶手，楊枝甘露，一早售罄，下次請早。
