近排行希慎廣場,留意到商場食肆有大執位,新面孔紛紛湧現,滙聚中日fusion菜,便是其中嘅表表姐!周六放工後,去嘆個靚lunch先~餐廳偌大,格局簡約現代,客人唔多,walk in即時可以入坐。1.菠菜皮蝦餃$42: 皮薄,蝦隻又大又爽口!2.千層豬扒擔擔麵$72: 我倆怕太辣,所以走辣,但花生醬明顯較少,湯底唔香亦唔夠濃郁入味!千層豬扒較薄身,唔夠香脆囉!3.蝦肉春卷$42: 熱辣辣,外皮非常脆卜卜,入面放有各種唔同嘅素菜絲,但就感覺唔到有蝦肉!4.Kikusan卷$68: 招牌卷物,外型靚絕全場!由海膽、三文魚籽、免治拖羅、蔥、青瓜卷組合而成。海膽入口即溶,味道已經十分鮮美!再配上粒粒晶瑩通透嘅三文魚籽,鹹鮮味異常突出!加埋鬆軟嘅免治拖羅,香蔥等,口感即時提升!呢道菜做得十分出色,非點不可!5.蝦肉燒賣$38: 燒賣夠大隻,味道比較普通。6.花生黑芝麻驢打滾$38: 軟糯香甜,好好味!整體質素唔錯!
