今次真係中曬伏,見到炸子雞諗住試下,有D野真係唔可以亂試我唔知係未我知識不足搞錯定點,係我心目中炸子雞係皮脆肉質係滑同嫩ge,做法應該係不斷轉隻雞不斷用滾油淋熟佢,係唔使點任何醬汁或者調味料都好好食。開始聞到陣味都ok ge但見到佢俾辣粉就中1伏,辣粉除左俾你味覺刺激或者可以話呃你味覺ge欺詐師,打開個袋睇伏2⋯依隻係烤雞唔係炸子雞都好啦,你唔中都中左2伏落唔通唔食咩~咁你就太年輕了伏3正向住你前進咁講啦~雞脾ge脾位置&雞翼尖ge鎚位置係真係嫩ge其他部位麻煩係加辣椒粉呃下你ge味覺啦
