第一次接觸中東菜,係大約10年前喺英國讀書的時候,當時香港仲未有此類型的食店,所以見到Kebab機一路轉一路烤,真係覺得好新奇。直至近幾年,可能多左中東人士移居香港,終於可以喺香港食到Kebab了。呢間Istanbul Turkish Kebabs and Grills的裝修好有中東的特色,牆上都掛左好多富有中東色彩的工藝品。食物方面11:00-3:00pm有lunch set,我地分別點左Chicken Doner roll ($55) and Beef Steak served with rice ($89)。唔好睇小個雞卷好似好小份量,其實一個人食晒都好飽。另外雞卷包左好多蔬菜,所以食起上黎唔太油膩,都好Fresh。而個牛扒雖然有牛肉味,但就有啲韌,而且可能因為平時我地習慣左鋸扒都會有汁跟住,呢個中東食法食起上黎就會比較乾。好彩餐廳有3種不同的醬汁俾客人選擇,分別係蒜蓉、薄荷和辣醬,點著醬黎食的話,都別有一番風味。
