全晚最鍾意嘅一道!配搭夠晒新鮮!厚肉嘅星斑浮遊於薯仔慕絲之中,底部埋藏左臘腸同煙燻八爪魚,仲有塊經烘烤嘅魚皮。星斑滑嫩富彈性,慕絲厚滑,魚皮香脆,口感極之豐富。配上臘肉,風味更為獨特,比想像中搭得多。唯一要挑剔嘅係薯仔慕絲忌廉味較重,較易膩,建議開心share

牛扒配gravy就食得多,配中式柱侯汁都係第一次,入口毫無違和感。A3和牛西冷口感軟彈,富肉汁肉味。柱侯牛肉酥以西式嘅酥皮包住軟腍入味嘅牛肉,雖然肉味就無旁邊嘅和牛咁岀,但重口味人士又幾鍾意~ 略嫌酥皮香脆但欠缺層次。

香濃朱古力mousse包住軟滑嘅栗子蓉,有普洱蛋糕同雪糕作點綴,可惜茶味偏淡。不過酒鬼家姐就幾鍾意超濃酒味嘅cherry~
