To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如果係中環區返工,一定會留意到依間位於交易廣場嘅米芝蓮星級餐廳。主打精緻粵菜融入時令食材同埋創新烹調方式,加上舒適嘅用餐環境,吸引好多回頭客。蔥油海蜇球|椒鹽豆腐粒晶凝通透嘅海蜇,配搭香濃嘅蔥油,爽脆中又有蔥油嘅香味。而豆腐粒經過香炸,外脆內軟又有豆香。安格斯牛肉叉燒第一次見到呢個名,我就諗緊究竟係牛肉定係叉燒。原來係入咗整啲嘅叉燒烹調方式去製作牛肉,焦香中又大有叉燒嘅甜味。清心潤肺素湯每人一盅嘅足料靚湯,有認眼、黃耳、無花果等等嘅素料,啱晒蟹藥清新消暑啲選。腿茸醬炒鮑魚伴牛蒡鮑魚切片,配搭夠咸香嘅腿茸醬,鮑魚口感爽口又帶甜味。生燒原條火煎魷魚魷魚用咗原條去燒,所以做到外皮焦香和鎖住肉質,同時做到嚼勁嘅口感。陳皮豉汁蒸海鰻海鰻肉質比較厚身又有彈性,最適合就用豉汁去蒸煮,火候恰到好處,令到海鰻吸收晒豉汁嘅味道。玫瑰岩鹽蒸嘉美雞嘉美雞出咗名肉嫩多汁,配搭玫瑰岩鹽去調味,簡單嘅調味先可以帶出雞肉本身嘅肉味。最後甜品都好有特色,我就最鍾意雪糕嫲嫲餅,熱辣辣嘅餅身回答冰凍嘅雪糕,一冷一熱都幾特別。
