To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環三哥無得頂！食米線大滿足

喺中環行街，發現咗間譚仔三哥米線，閂咗🌟閃閃嘅霓虹燈，實行型格得嚟！喺呢度試咗沙沙湯底，勁香👃但辣度適中，啱晒唔鍾意太刺激嘅朋友。而家啲龍蝦丸，老實講，勁普通嗰種，但其實都算得過咯。份量呢... 唔好意思，我得嘅好似少咗好似啲少，可能中環貴少少嘅關系？但環境👍正，如果想Feel吓靚環境嘅話，嚟呢度正！至於個過橋米線，青菜得嚟嗰少少，但米線分量都幾夠，過橋米線嗰種熱辣辣，食落勁滿足。串燒部分，就叫咗孜然烤菇，個味道中中哋，孜然香總算哂事。最後，土匪雞翼，呢個嘅味道，啱哂！👌拍手叫好！再嚟訪，一定要叫多啲份嚟慰勞自己！總括嚟講，呢度食得開心又滿足，真係值得一試。
