To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Bookmark咗一段時間既和牛三文治名店，總算比我食到🥰食物質素非常不錯，餐廳好有日式氛圍，酒類happy hour時段仲有買一送一優惠，好啱同朋友聚餐🫶🏻❣️厚岸生蠔非常不得了，好rich好fresh，蠔味超濃！雖然細隻啲，但呢個size 48蚊價錢相當合理，食完一輪忍唔住encore！❣️和牛三文治❣️燒A4和牛❣️厚切牛舌和牛三文治唔錯，麵包脆口和牛軟嫩Juicy，但sauce略嫌重手，蓋過咗和牛既肉味。燒和牛反而有驚喜，燒得啱啱好有淡淡焦香，恰到好處既調味更帶出和牛香甜🥰牛舌就普通，有啲淡但口感不錯。❣️海膽三文魚籽mac & cheese好creamy好邪惡既mac & cheese，面頭焦焦地好香口，同三文魚籽海膽亦非常夾🫶🏻應該要加個額外海膽既option😂四個人好難分❣️櫻花蝦豆腐唐揚外脆內軟既櫻花蝦唐揚豆腐，口感輕盈又豐富。仲有蟹肉同三文魚籽做搭配，非常滿足🥰❣️和牛鵝肝壽喜燒和牛好高質，入口即化，配埋壽喜燒湯底食落仲有鮮甜既牛肉味😆鵝肝就唔係幾食到，懷疑我地煮太耐搞到溶咗😂❣️上湯玉子燒❣️蓮藕配松露鹽呢兩款小食就不過不失。作為小菜清清味蕾都係唔錯既選擇。❣️燒鰹魚免費小食超有驚喜！
