假期前夕,梗係要去中環飲返杯😎行過見到呢間以日本武士為主題嘅日式串燒店,同朋友飲酒吹水就岩哂喇!🍶仁井田 自然酒 生酛純米原酒熟成而甘甜嘅味道,超容易入口!🌿燒鳥組合: 雞蠔肉,汁燒雞上脾肉,柚子胡椒雞上脾肉朋友話有雞蠔肉係屬於稀有部位,一隻雞可能只夠做到一串,此部位位於雞腿至到雞下背嘅兩個凹位,咁梗係要叫黎試下啦,食落去口感彈牙,輕輕用鹽調味同時保留食材鮮味,另外仲有汁燒及柚子胡椒味,各有風味,叫組合可以一次過試哂3款口味👍🏻🌿鹽燒肩胛里肌份量很足料,鹽燒過嘅牛肩胛味道濃郁🌿免治牛肉棒食串燒又點少得免治牛呢,免治牛略帶甜味,配上蛋黃真係絕配🌿白鱔白鱔爽口彈牙,帶有炭燒風味🌿燒油甘魚鮫本身自己好鍾意油甘魚,呢款食落唔會好油膩🌿鰻魚脆脆呢款做法好特別,用米通包住鰻魚一齊炸,食落啖啖肉又夠香口😍🌿粟米天婦羅出面比較少見嘅款式,粟米本身已去芯,食用方便,有內脆外軟嘅效果🌿和牛味噌朴葉燒呢款用黎打卡夠哂igable👍🏻加上朴葉一起燒,風味十足可能當日係假期前夕,餐廳內都滿座,如果唔想等位建議早d入座呀☺️
