今天老婆仔因有公事要去中環所以在她完成工作後和她在中環吃個遲來的午餐在附近尋找美食時發現這街道上有很多特色餐廳日後若再在中環午餐可以再來試其他今次就決定吃這間cafe門面很有懷舊特色進去才知道原來地下是咖啡廳上層是理髮店很有特色的概念所以看到咖啡廳掛著的畫也是以剪髮為主題我們分別點了個78元的Grilled Turkey Breast Salad以及98元的Famous All Day Breakfast Set B另外再加了杯40元的Caramel Creme Brûlée Cappuccino好好品嚐一下咖啡味這個Grilled Turkey Breast Salad有大量的沙律菜感覺很清新還有很多塊很搶眼的蕃茄令色彩很豐富最主點是那些雞胸肉燒得非常香我和老婆仔都非常欣賞感覺十分配合沙律而且鹹味適中值得一試而Famous All Day Breakfast Set B包括有多士、煙肉、雞胸、沙律另外我們加10元轉了cheese omelette首先當然是有煎得非常香的煙肉由於太香脆的關係老婆仔還怪我偷吃了一塊芝士奄列也很值得一讚外層的蛋很香滑裡層的芝士很濃味兩者配合起來也很夾我還要

感覺很清新
還有很多塊很搶眼的蕃茄
令色彩很豐富
最主點是那些雞胸肉
燒得非常香
我和老婆仔都非常欣賞
感覺十分配合沙律

首先當然是有煎得非常香的煙肉
由於太香脆的關係
老婆仔還怪我偷吃了一塊
芝士奄列也很值得一讚
外層的蛋很香滑
裡層的芝士很濃味
兩者配合起來也很夾
我還要求老婆仔日後要製作給我吃
不過原來那雞胸是沙律的雞胸
由於已經吃過沙律
所以這部分相對沒有驚喜

這甜品般的咖啡
看起來很吸引
表層是燒焦了的焦糖
單吃表層的話會太甜
後來和咖啡混合一起味道就剛好
Cappuccino的咖啡味也很濃
那份咖啡因的味道
和現場環境相當配合
總結來說食物質素也很高
環境很舒適
就是價錢有點不便宜
不過在中環這地段也差不多了
