第一次試食鰻魚造成啫喱狀,再加一啲酸酸甜甜醬汁,將鰻魚嘅鮮味引出來,再加第一次試鰻魚茶蒸蛋。串燒鰻魚肝又係我第一次食嘅嘢,唔講唔知同朋友傾開計佢哋話原來一隻鰻魚得一粒肝,一串就有四五隻鰻魚咁都算矜貴,口感給甘香,有點似豬肝的感覺。個湯望落去好似好清淡,但係飲完感覺有芫荽青蔥味,我個人覺得唔錯!白鰻魚燒得算幾香脆,佢另外配左一個Wasabi豉油點呢款嘢食。呢個鰻魚定食鰻魚燒得啱啱好唔會太鹹醬汁又唔會太多。配合佢呢個日式山椒粉,少少麻的感覺,個感覺有少少似平時食開嘅七味粉再加咗少少檸檬酸酸地水果味嘅感覺。
