To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間係中環地鐵站3分鐘路程既法國菜絕對有驚喜！頭盤：法式焗蝸牛🐌一碟有六隻，兩個人Share岩岩好蒜蓉味好濃，蝸牛肉大大粒，味道唔錯湯：焗法式地道古也芝士洋蔥湯🥣洋蔥湯原盅焗，熱辣辣！洋蔥香甜濃厚，加上可以拉絲嘅芝士同埋麵包，食落好有滿足感，一定要叫！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻主菜：燒蜜糖檸檬芥末籽黑毛豬豚肉配香蒜薯仔黑毛豬煎得外脆內嫩，一D都唔會韌，配上糖檸檬芥末籽醬汁，正好中和左豚肉既膩，恰到好處！一碟5件上碟時已經切好左，好方便👍🏻香蒜牛肝菌意粉意粉煮得唔會太腍，不過我覺得個蒜香味可以再濃D甜品：是日甜品（介紹完唔記得咗個名😂）焦糖香蕉煎到脆卜卜，加上冰凍嘅雪糕。正好為呢一餐畫上完美嘅句號。

洋蔥香甜濃厚，加上可以拉絲嘅芝士同埋麵包，食落好有滿足感，一定要叫！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

主菜：燒蜜糖檸檬芥末籽黑毛豬豚肉配香蒜薯仔

黑毛豬煎得外脆內嫩，一D都唔會韌，配上糖檸檬芥末籽醬汁，正好中和左豚肉既膩，恰到好處！
一碟5件上碟時已經切好左，好方便👍🏻

香蒜牛肝菌意粉

意粉煮得唔會太腍，不過我覺得個蒜香味可以再濃D
