To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無去中環,最近返工經過呢度,發現到間之前一直無留意嘅日本菜,所以就打算試試。今次叫咗幾款嘢食,首先佢會上咗支豆先,知道作為餐前小食,正常發揮。我哋另外亦都有點咗個吞拿魚刺身沙律,吞拿魚雖然薄切,但都有十幾塊,而且好多生菜感覺好fresh。之後再上齊刺身拼盤,叫做並刺身盛盒。拼盤上面有六款,睇落好新鮮嘅刺身,包括三文魚吞拿魚劍魚,赤背等等,食落都算鮮甜,對得住個價錢。主菜就叫咗個吞拿魚刺身蟹鉗海膽丼,吞拿魚同拼盤嘅質素一樣,蟹鉗望落幾大隻,肉質都算爽口,重點係個海膽就真係好好食,好鮮同一啲苦澀味都無。LKF roll其實就係金箔吞拿魚卷同埋黑魚子龍蝦卷。兩款都唔錯,有金箔影相幾靚,不過食落都係得吞拿魚味,啲飯有用醋醃製過,酸度剛剛好。最後追加咗三文魚同吞拿魚壽司,仲有兩串牛舌,牛舌切得幾薄,燒完之後充滿油脂,值得再叫。
