跟友人到蘭桂坊Happy hour,和安里有家泰式串燒店,行近店舖已見到多款串燒,非常吸引,原來店子為每種串燒配上特色醬汁。雞肉、牛肉、豬肉、雞皮、白豬肉腸、豬頸肉、魷魚鬚配芫茜酸辣醬,想食唔辣的朋友就建議配沙爹醬或泰式紅雞醬。蔬菜配青咖喱醬,雞中翼、牛仔骨配烤牛肉醬,大花蝦、白鱔配青辣椒醬。最後早利亞點選了7串包括有海鮮、肉類及蔬菜。首先介紹有機蘆筍 $22,燒烤帶出蘆筍清新的味道,蘸點醬汁更惹味。大花蝦 $70 size 足,肉實件頭大,入口鮮美,肉質結實而爽口,蘸點醬汁能帶出鮮味。估不到燒白鱔 $60 口感爽滑,味道香濃,比想像中更好吃。白豬肉腸 $25配芫茜酸辣醬,芫茜沒有搶去味道,反而跟辣椒互相輝映,泰國魚餅 $25 本身已微辣重味,燒烤後更香口。吃牛仔骨 $43 時早利亞很有驚喜,牛仔骨帶少許脂肪已有牛肉脂香,廚師更沾上香茅碎來燒,令整件牛仔骨味道更升層次,最後菠蘿 $22 燒得夠火候,甜味清新解膩。傾談期間有點肚餓,友人點一客去骨泰南雞飯 Lunch set $66,lunch set 售賣至6pm,價格相宜,雞肉擺放也有心思,兩件雞胸、兩件雞肶肉及一件雞翼,非常平均,欣

以往以為店子以外賣為主,其實隔離鋪位設有雅座,串燒調味恰到好處,醬汁充滿泰式風味很出色,三五知己一起點些串燒、飲杯凍飲傾下偈可以很寫意喔。
