To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在過去中秋節做節飯選址來到中環交易廣場紫玉蘭，中環地鐵行5分鐘就到～餐廳主要食上海杭幫菜，有別於傳統中菜廳裝潢挺有格調！先來一個前菜泡椒菜梗泡椒菜花梗，是椰菜花的莖部，口感非常爽口帶微辣黑魚子煙燻初生蛋煙燻味很香，黑魚子鮮味加入燻蛋內增加鮮味上海醃篤鮮傳統上海菜式，，用冬筍、鹹肉、豆腐皮結和鮮豬肉燉煮，順滑鮮味杭州荷香煨全雞雞肉經荷葉包住炆煨，等雞肉帶荷葉香氣入面有洋蔥、木耳同冬菇一併煨雞肉嫩滑鮮甜！肉蟹蒸手打肉餅今日主角大肉蟹，蟹肉飽滿鮮甜，特別是蟹鉗部分，放置在底的肉餅吸滿肉蟹蒸嘅鮮味松子繡球黃花魚松子魚亦是經典菜，呢度將黃花魚拆肉再整球，相當考功夫～就連擺盤嘅魚骨都感受師傅的功架。春芽乾扁四季豆擺盤整齊精緻，加入肉碎特炒得惹味香口上海炒年糕炒得夠火候，塊塊分明入味，唔會黏埋一舊舊～最後點埋甜品豆沙鍋餅熱辣辣脆卜卜，紅豆餡多香甜
