早前幫朋友慶生就揀咗呢間喺中環Soho主打海鮮嘅法式小餐館🦪🦞🐙見到網上面都有幾多好評,所以都幾期待~佢哋晚巿暫時就只供應6-course Tasting Menu ($688pp),有4款前菜,main同dessert😋前菜全部都係for sharing,由Signature Oyster揭開序幕,配上西瓜同青瓜非常開胃🦪我本身其實唔係好食生蠔,因為好怕有好重嘅銅味,但呢度嘅生蠔食得出好新鮮同幾creamy,同都算大隻👍🏻另一道Japanese Mackerel配埋青蘋果酸酸甜甜,非常清新🍏跟住就有Sardines,一見到我以為啲海草先係主角,食落又幾得意😆 最後一道Charred Octopus都不錯,八爪魚煮得幾腍🐙我同朋友都好滿意4款前菜,值得一提嘅係佢前菜上菜次序設計係循序漸進由味道淡到濃,照顧住客人嘅味蕾~主菜方面因為我唔食蝦,所以就揀咗Black Cod 同Scallop🐟老實講2款主菜就冇前菜咁驚艷,賣相都不錯但味道就不過不失,加上店員話呢兩款比較淡味,但我同朋友都覺得調味係偏重手🫣🍋甜品有招牌Madeleine,就咁食同配上lemon cream食都好味!比起另一款C

餐廳唔算好大得十幾個位置,枱同枱之間嘅距離都有啲近🙈食物質素有返咁上下水準,店員都幾nice,鍾意食海鮮嘅朋友可以嚟試下🍴
